Buy Confidently With Manufacturer's Warranty
A pair of good glasses is an investment. But let's be honest, they're not cheap. We want to assure you that when you buy optical frames and sunglasses from EyeOns you're getting a quality product.
Moreover, we offer an exclusive 24-month warranty from the date of purchase against all manufacturers' defects, so if anything happens to your frames or sunglasses within that time period, we will replace them free of charge.
Manufacturer defects means flaws or defects that occur during the manufacturing process of a product. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage from handling, or misuse are not covered under the warranty.
Some products may take longer to process than others. For this reason, you should be able to find more accurate shipping information on the product pages.
Remote addresses might take at least (3 - 4) days extra according to the location and transportation method. Whilst we endeavour to deliver goods within the timeframe stated by the carrier you agree that we will not be liable to you for any damage, loss or charge incurred due to the late delivery of goods.
General Conditions
This warranty does not cover damages caused by accident, neglect, shock, improper use or storage of the product, or anything that would be considered abuse.
Also, the warranty will not apply to damage caused by unauthorized modification, or repair of the product by third parties.
We do not offer repairs. If your warranty claim is approved you will be required to return the defective item and a replacement will be provided.
In the event of a product replacement, the warranty is valid only for the period remaining from the original warranty.
