At the end of the last year Max Mara released the new limited-edition Neoprism collection of sunglasses. It comprises an extraordinary model of sunglasses of unique geometrical shape which is put up for sale in the amount of only eight hundred pieces.

Neoprism is not the first project created in cooperation between Max Mara and Safilo. This is a continuation of previous collections “Optiprism”, “Prism In Motion” and “Lavaprisms” which all were designed by different contemporary artists.

The creators of this new portion of geometric frames are George Sowden and Nathalie Du Pasquier.

This creative duo of painter and designer started their working alliance in 1979 and together participated in different projects.

The new Neoprism style is a conjunction of circles and squares inspired by the two shapes forming the Prism logo. Prism reflects Max Mara concept of contemporary woman whose image combines femininity and functionality.
Glossy acetate frames showcase combination of colors and mix of geometrical shapes flowing smoothly into one another becoming one expressive physical object.

Shades are introduced in classic black color completed with gray lenses and red temple tips, or in orange and black color paired with red temples and yellow tips

The frame is provided with tastefully printed metal box packaging and soft case.
