Frame Size Guide: How To Measure Your Eyeglasses
The first number— the lens size — represents the horizontal width of the lenses. Generally, the eye size of most eyeglass frames ranges from 40 mm to 62 mm.
The second number — the bridge size — is the distance between the lenses. In other words, it's the size of the "bridge" of the frame that rests on your nose. In most cases, the bridge size of eyeglass frames ranges from 14 mm to 24 mm.
The third number — the temple length — is the length of the "stems" of the frame, measured from the frame hinge to the back tip of the temple. Temple lengths generally range from 120 mm to 150 mm.
Often a small square (rather than a dash) will separate the eye size and the bridge size on the frame.

About Ben Sherman
When Ben Sherman launched its brand shirts, this was something new and newer seen in England before, so products got popularity and success. It happened at those times when the first youth culture of Britain was in full swing. New generations of youth understood that clothes can be a sort of indicator of their beliefs and a sign they belong to a particular movement.
The second wave of youth preferred the Italian style, and they were called ''mods'' from the word ''modernism''. These young people embraced shirts created by Ben Sherman for their excellent quality, skim style, unique design, and bright colors.
Since those times, these shirts became a sign of the British youth, making the product very prospective in a new way of breaking the traditions. With its avant-garde style, shirts brought the new ''mod movement'' to England's fashion of the '60s. Shirts became so popular among customers that in 1970, Ben Sherman ordered more than a million yards of various fabrics from American manufacturing. Later, the brand started to create eyewear collections that got the same checked patterns as the shirts have. Stylish glasses with large silhouettes and recognizable logos are perfect for those men who are looking for iconic British style and impeccable quality.

The signature style of the brand, synonymous with British fashion of the 1960's and checked shirts, is running through the eyewear collections. Glasses and sunglasses are made from stainless steel and acetate and feature the "button up" logotype and copied from the famous company's shirts checked patterns. In 2020, Ben Sherman launched the new eco-green glasses collection that includes 12 optical frames and 4 sunglasses made from bio-based acetate and recyclable metal. The shapes of frames are based on military silhouettes, Ivy League Prep, British culture of youth, and iconic styles of the 60s.
