Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Shipping takes within 3-5 business days as all of the items are coming directly from the factory. Tracking number will be emailed to you once the order ships out.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We are using UPS ground within continental USA and USPS for islands and International orders.

Will I have to pay any taxes or customs duties?

It depends on the destination. All duties and taxes are to be paid on customs, when the package will reach the border. All international orders are subject for duties & taxes, which is the responsibility of the consumer.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do, and we offer multiple options, when you get to checkout you can choose your country and calculate the cost.

Should I be worried if USPS tracking hasn't updated in 3 days?

No worries! It is required that packages with tracking numbers be scanned at every stop along the way from origin to destination, these scans are sometimes missed or skipped. There are a variety of reasons this might happen, but there is no need to start worrying yet.

You are free to contact us within 24-48 hours since order was placed to proceed with cancellation.

What is your return policy?
When will I get my refund?

Cancellations - refund is issued within 24-48 hours since cancellation was requested. Returned - as soon as the item is returned back and inspected, refund will be issued in 24-48 hours.

What payment methods can I use to place my order?

Frames

How do I choose the correct size?

Check the inside of the temple arm and there should be some numbers there. These numbers are your frame measurements. If you can no longer read the numbers on the inside of your frame, you can always try measuring by hand. Just remember, when measuring frame width, you need to measure from temple screw to temple screw. For temple length you need to measure from the temple screw to the temple tip. On our website we have Specifications listed for each frame to make it easier to choose the correct size.

What is included in the shipment?

All of the items are coming with the original box, case, either cleaning cloth or the pouch (depending on the factory) and documents of authenticity.

Do you have a warranty?

We have a 2 years warranty for each frame for any factory defect.

Prescription lenses?

Unfortunately, we do not offer prescription lenses, but we can provide any frame with demo lenses. You are free to take the glasses to your local optometry to have prescription lenses put in the frames.
