After 20 years at the Oliver Peoples optical house, designers Patty Perreira and Bill Barton have launched a line of frames under the name of their own independent brand. The first model from Barton Perreira was released in 2007. Since then, a lot of eyewear models have been invented, both for men and women which were designed in Los Angeles by Patty Perreira, a self-taught designer who successfully created brilliant collections for Prada, Miu Miu, Paul Smith - just to name some of the brands which she worked with.

Rethinking style and elegance, with accessories that epitomize the understated luxury of old Hollywood, the company always stays out of the pack. The creation of each pair of eyeglasses is inspired by charming images of people from the past, as well as architecture, fashion, and art. Limited edition glasses are devoid of noticeable logos - the designers are solely relying on their precision, fit and impeccable design. They are handmade using Japanese materials, the styles are fresh with a nod to classic vintage shapes. The designers of the brand do not aim to simply sell eyewear, they are focused on the creative evolution of optics and strive to present their customers with a special product of the highest quality that catches the eye and delights.
