The glasses come in different sizes. How do you know which one to choose? Sunglasses or medical frames are selected based on the individual proportions of the face and the parameters of the width and height of the lens, the length of the temple, and the width of the bridge. The easiest way to quickly determine the size of your new glasses is to measure the inner distance from temple to temple in your previous glasses. If they were comfortable for you, start from that size.

Having the right size for your spectacle frames is important for several reasons. Firstly, a frame that is not fitted to the size affects the usability of glasses - too large slips off with any movement of the head, too small presses on the temples and ears, causes discomfort and pain. From an aesthetic point of view, glasses that do not fit in size look ugly and spoil the whole image.

Almost all manufacturers of branded glasses indicate their size in mm on the inside of the left temple. Less commonly, the size can be indicated on the bridge of the nose. When shopping for glasses, always keep in mind that the width of the frame is an important criterion, as are the width of the lenses and the length of the temple. The lens width is the first parameter and is specified in a three-digit size. For example, if the first digit is 35, then the lens width is 35 mm. Try to buy a frame of the right size to avoid the discomfort of wearing your everyday eyeglasses or to protect your eyes well when it comes to sunglasses.
